Look over all our shelters and decide which shelter best suits your needs.  Underground or Above ground, 4, 6, 8, 12, or 20 and consider if you have rock in your area or if you have problems climbing steps?  Are there large trees in your yard?  Where is your utilities?

Don't hesitate to contact us with question. We love to help in any way.  If we can not answer the phone when you call forgive us and leave a message.  We will get back to you.

After you are satisfied that you know the shelter you need just let us know and we will take care of the rest.  We will line up the best time for you and install your shelter as soon as we can. 

Unless your shelter is a custom item there is no down payment. You pay us by check, or cash as we are ready to leave and you are happy with your shelter. We do take credit cards with a fee.  Cards must be processed before installing your shelter. 

If you purchased a saferoom you are all set.  If you had a underground installed we do offer returning after the settling period to level and seed the area for $275 plus travel fee.

How long does it take for the ground to settle?

          3 to 5 inches of rain generally does the job.  All dirt is not the same so you look for no additional settling after a good rain as a indication its ready to level and seed.

Do you have financing?

          We no longer have a good creditor to help you with financing.  Your local bank often is the best option though some people are able to use a credit card.
